TJ Watson


TJ Watson is a singer, songwriter, harmonica player, and guitarist born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He sang on his first session when he was only two years old, and has always had a love for music. His father, Tim Watson, also known at The Fiddle Man had the #1 show at Opryland for nearly 30 years. TJ graduated with a Music Business degree from Belmont University. Since then, he’s been performing nearly every day.

TJ Watson has performed with folks such as Kid Rock, Tim Montana, Travis Tritt, Gretchen Wilson, Dennis Quaid, Mac McAnally, Jon Pardi, Robert Randolph, Jeannie Seely, OneRepublic, Leona Williams, Michael Ray, and Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top. He has opened for the likes of ZZ Top, Thomas Rhett, Brantley Gilbert, John Rich, Ricky Skaggs, Cole Swindell, Lee Brice, Luke Combs, The Oak Ridge Boys, Frankie Ballard, Kane Brown, Diamond Rio, and Jake Owen. TJ has also been seen on the Fox & Friends morning show and Inside Edition. He has been in several LifeWay music videos, as well as a Tim Montana music video directed by Charlie Sheen. TJ keeps a busy schedule with many shows at home in Nashville and abroad, racking in roughly 200 days on tour per year before the pandemic. He most recently has recorded in the studio with Kid Rock and Colbie Caillat. You can see TJ Watson’s name credited on the inside cover of Kid Rocks newest album, Bad Reputation.

He can be seen playing on Broadway in Nashville nearly every day that he’s not on the road. His main venues are Legends Corner, Tequila Cowboy, Luke Bryans 32 Bridge, Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up, Morgan Wallen’s This Bar, The Stage, Second Fiddle, Bootleggers, Losers, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Jason Aldeans, and Garth Brooks’s Friends In Low Places.
